  • Tracks: Split into a Leadership & Strategy Track (Day 1) and a Builder’s Studio / Developer Track (Day 2).

Convergence of Hardware, Software, and Physical AI

Future Forge highlighted a transition beyond purely SaaS-focused business models toward integrated physical and digital systems:

  • Edge Compute & Silicon: The rise of specialized accelerators and domain-specific architectures (DSAs) is forcing software engineers to write compute-efficient, hardware-aware algorithms.

  • Physical AI & Robotics: The intersection of multi-modal vision models and physical robotics pipelines is opening new frontiers in advanced manufacturing, autonomous logistics, and grid management.

Bridging the "Lab-to-Market" Gap

A recurrent theme was conquering the deep tech "Valley of Death"—the chasm between academic R&D/proof-of-concepts and commercially viable enterprise products.

  • Sovereign & Foundational Tech: India’s shift from an IT service powerhouse to an IP-generating ecosystem hinges on native ownership across the full stack—from data layers and model training down to custom hardware designs.

  • Enterprise Co-Innovation: Closing this gap requires early enterprise integration, sandbox testing environments, and shared compute infrastructure to allow early-stage hardware and deep tech ventures to iterate quickly.
